The third try is the charm! After being in contact with two agents and describing my disappointment in their lack of communication and professionalism an acquaintance of mine referred to Evan. It was the best advice anyone could have given me. I was already pre-approved with my VA home loan and in the market of a VA approved condo that allowed pets and within our price range. He listened to our needs and successfully delivered. Apart from his extensive knowledge of Maui’s unique real estate market, Evan demonstrated professionalism, punctuality, and overall a strong work ethic. He was quick to answer and any questions we had. Additionally, he submitted any time-sensitive paperwork in a timely fashion. Furthermore, he worked closely and was quick to follow up with the lender despite the time zone difference. In 2023, due to some health issues, our family made the difficult decision to sell our condo at Wailea Palms. My wife and daughter went to Maui to prepare the condo for sale and pick a realtor to list with. They interviewed two groups and due to the informative meeting and presentation, settled on Evan Harlow and his team. There were a few deficiencies that needed to be dealt with during the sale and Evan was very professional and had his regular trades and handyman look after these in short order, allowing us to close the deal in 10 days from origin.
