The third try is the charm! After being in contact with two agents and describing my disappointment in their lack of communication and professionalism an acquaintance of mine referred to Evan. It was the best advice anyone could have given me. I was already pre-approved with my VA home loan and in the market of a VA approved condo that allowed pets and within our price range. In 2023, due to some health issues, our family made the difficult decision to sell our condo at Wailea Palms. My wife and daughter went to Maui to prepare the condo for sale and pick a realtor to list with.
