In 2023, due to some health issues, our family made the difficult decision to sell our condo at Wailea Palms. My wife and daughter went to Maui to prepare the condo for sale and pick a realtor to list with. They interviewed two groups and due to the informative meeting and presentation, settled on Evan Harlow and his team. There were a few deficiencies that needed to be dealt with during the sale and Evan was very professional and had his regular trades and handyman look after these in short order, allowing us to close the deal in 10 days from origin.
