Looking for an nice little get away on the Island of Molokai. Kepuhi Beach Resorts is located on the beach on Molokai's Sunny West Side. This condo sits in building 23 which is away from the noisy parking lot and at the end of the walkway where there are unobstructed ocean views from this downstairs studio. There is a king size bed in the studio along with a newly remodeled small kitchenette with full size oven and microwave hood, nice size refrigerator and other small appliances. Behind the kitchen is the bathroom area with newly remodeled counter tops and cabinets. The best part of this condo is sitting on the cover lanai and watching the waves break of Kaiaka rock and watching the sun set in the evenings. A very short stroll to all the wonderful beach on the west end. In the summer months out front is great for swimming/snorkeling/diving and winter months perfect for surfing. There are many cool beaches located on Molokai's west side. Kepuhi Resort does have a small sundry shop open daily, up the road is Maunaloa town with a market. This condo is about 15 minutes to the airport and another 25/30 minutes to the main town of Kaunakakai. The HOA covers your electric, water, trash, sewer, grounds and outside maintenance. The pool is ocean front and a nice spot to also enjoy watching the surf, whales and sunset at the end of a great day!! There are BBQ areas located wit in the grassy lawn behind. Because of the old closed golf course there are lots of pathways to walk along. This condo comes furnished and it is in a Rental Pool and would make a great island get away.
