Puamala 229 is a sanctuary at the Napili Surf Beach Resort, a beachfront property. The Puamala building consists of only 18 units with their own private pool and BBQ area. This condo (229) is an upper floor corner unit, closest to the meditation gardens, yet just 150 steps to the ocean. Right out front of this island hale is mango, breadfruit, palm trees, shell ginger and awapuhi. This resort had a year long complete renovation and was completed in 2019. The exteriors were restored along with new roof and gutter system, replacement and rebuilding of entire plumbing system, installation of a new photovoltaic system including solar water heater units. There were also extensive improvements to the landscaping, parking areas and common areas around the resort. The interior of 229 has been completely upgraded and modernized with new bamboo cabinets, stainless steel appliances, gorgeous granite countertops, large walk in shower and built in bamboo dresser with additional storage. It is an efficient and very wise use of space. There's plenty of room for sleeping with a king size bed and a double sofa sleeper. There is a lovely dinette set for 4 inside and a spacious lanai for enjoying meals and or a glass of wine or smoothie with a book outside or reviewing the fun photos of the day's adventure...
