The Maui Lani community includes a total of 9 residential subdivisions, the Dunes at Maui Lani golf course, as well as shopping and medical access such as the Village Center and Kaiser Maui Lani Medical Center. Maui Lani Is A Great Place To Be

Kahului and Wailuku make up the most populated and commercial areas of the Valley Isle. Living centrally on Maui gives you easy access to all of the major shopping areas, education, healthcare, and industry while not being too far removed from the beaches of South Maui and the Northshore.

The entire Maui Lani development provides more than 3,700 homes for the Maui community with the express mission of the Maui Lani Community Association being “…to provide the structure for a superior level of community living within a well-maintained, safe, and friendly environment for the benefit of all owners.”

The Greens at Maui Lani

The original subdivision in the master-planned community, the Greens at Maui Lani has 233 home sites as well as its very own park, Kealohilani Park. It has great access to the Maui Waena Intermediate School while being adjacent to the Dunes at Maui Lani golf course as well.

Grand Fairways 

Consisting of two phases, the Grand Fairways has 100 homes and finds itself situated on the Dunes at Maui Lani golf course, hence the name.

The Islands

Constructed between 2001-2005, the Islands at Maui Lani are one of three gated communities within the Maui Lani development. A total of 188 lots are within the subdivision including lots ranging from 5,600 square feet to 12,000 square feet. Many of the homes in The Islands are custom and many have ocean views.

The Bluffs at Maui Lani

One of the other gated subdivisions in the Maui Lani area, The Bluffs is one of the smallest neighborhoods with only 37 homes. Unlike the Kehalani master-planned community, many of the Maui Lani neighborhoods like The Bluffs at Maui Lani features several custom homes with some also being built by DR Horton and other larger builders. This neighborhood is known for carrying the highest price tag of any Maui Lani neighborhood and doesn’t have homes for sale very often.

The Legends

The Legends is one of the largest neighborhoods in Maui Lani with some 277 homes all of which were built by Schuler Homes. Both phases of the project were completed in 2006 with lots ranging from 3,500 to 6,000 square feet. It has a convenient location with close access to the highway as well as to the clubhouse at the golf course.

Traditions at Maui Lani

The Traditions, also known as the New Traditions, features smaller lots than many other Maui Lani neighborhoods with a range of 3,000-5,500 square feet. The homes are 3 or 4 bedrooms and have between 1,053 and 1,500 square feet of living space. 119 homes make up the New Traditions which saw two different developers working on the project.

The Parkways

The most recent addition to the community is the Parkways which was completed in 2018. All of the developer units are sold out and homes for sale in this neighborhood are very rare at this time. Within the Parkways there are 11 different floor plans with up to 2,404 square feet of living space. 3 bedroom homes up to 5 bedroom homes are available.

As with all of the subdivisions in this community, the convenience of the location is one of the strongest selling points and the community association keeps things looking good for all homeowners.

Sandhills Estates

The third gated community in the development, homes for sale at Sandhills Estates feature lots that average around ¼ acre with living spaces that average 2,400 square feet. There are many large beautiful homes in this luxury subdivision with home prices over 1m, but with many quarter-acre lots for sale below $400,000, it sets up the perfect opportunity to build your dream home on Maui.
