Agricultural Zoning Offers Flexibility at Maui Meadows

While Maui Meadows is a residential area, it benefits from agricultural zoning that offers larger lots and allows property owners to subdivide their lots using a Condominium Property Regime (CPR). A CPR is one of the biggest tools out there to leverage your real estate asset.

The CPR process allows a property owner to divide their lot into two, building a main home, usually known as the A unit, on one lot and a home up to 1,000 square feet on the second lot. The second lot, usually know as the B unit,  may be sold vacant or sold with a house on it, or vice versa. Either way, its a great way to own and develop simultaneously.
