Wailea is a small lovely community in South Maui known for its great golf courses, its five great, crescent-shaped beaches, world-class restaurants, and many high-end resorts. This condo complex is actually on the north side of Wailea, close to the Kihei border and it is about a 5-10 minute walk to Keawakapu beach.
It's also a quick walk over to The Shops at Wailea as well as the Wailea Beach Path. The Palms at Wailea was constructed next to its sister property, the Wailea Palms. It's easy to get these two confused because they look very similar and their names are very similar. The main difference is that the Wailea Palms are not short term rentable, while the condos at the Palms at Wailea are.

Every completely furnished unit has soaring ceilings, a sunken living room, a large, private lanai, cable TV and A/C, and a well-equipped kitchen with a microwave, dishwasher, and other important kitchen equipment. However, updates and décor vary from unit to unit.
