This complex is known for its open floor plans and convenient designs to incorporate the indoor/outdoor living experience were all looking for on Maui. 

The Palms offers a good value for the size of the condos, nice floor plans, comfortable lanais, and decent amenities. Compared to other million-dollar condos in this area, the Palms is a bit more affordable and will provide quality to budget-minded travelers.

There's a Lot To Love About the Palms at Wailea

Wailea is a small lovely community in South Maui known for its great golf courses, its five great, crescent-shaped beaches, world-class restaurants, and many high-end resorts. This condo complex is actually on the north side of Wailea, close to the Kihei border and it is about a 5-10 minute walk to Keawakapu beach.

It's also a quick walk over to The Shops at Wailea as well as the Wailea Beach Path. The Palms at Wailea was constructed next to its sister property, the Wailea Palms. It's easy to get these two confused because they look very similar and their names are very similar. The main difference is that the Wailea Palms are not short term rentable, while the condos at the Palms at Wailea are.
