The initial Residences at Kulamalu sold out quickly shortly after the turn of this century. However, today properties in this location occasionally reach the resale marketplace.
The development encompasses 57 homes on lots of 10,000 to 13,000 square feet. Constructed between 2003 and 2005, these upscale residences offer open floor plans, replete with high ceilings, and effective use of interior lighting.
