About The Kihei Community
Kihei attracts vacationers from around the world. This dynamic community in South Maui stands within a forty-five-minute drive from the Kahului Airport. Yet it offers close proximity to the renowned Wailea Resort and pristine Makena Beach Park. From this location, visitors readily reach sites in West Maui (including the historic community of Lahaina)
Of course, Kihei also offers many of its own attractions. Several superb beaches draw people to this area. The Sugar Beach Resort in far northern Kihei remains one of the most well-established condo developments, dating from 1977. It is an oceanfront complex in North Kihei along Sugar Beach. The 215 units in this attractively landscaped resort are nestled within several multi-story beachfront buildings.
Residents enjoy amenities including a heated in-ground swimming pool, a tennis court, a jacuzzi, a putting green, a sauna, a clubhouse, and barbecue and picnic areas. Many units have stunning oceanfront views and the community maintains pet-friendly policies.
The 154 condos at the Menehune Shore cluster within a "U" shaped six-story concrete building near the Pacific Ocean. Constructed in 1976, the development stands on a 3.83-acre tract accessed from South Kihei Road. Residents enjoy an on-site restaurant, an in-ground swimming pool, barbecue facilities, and a shuffleboard court.
The condos in this location utilize several floor plans and feature one, two, and three-bedroom units. It's located in North Kihei and also has a great Indian restaurant on site, Monsoon Bar and Grill.
Maui Kamaole
