It's no secret that Ka'anapali is one of the best resort areas anywhere in the world. Located on one of the most beautiful stretches of beach in all of Hawaii, Ka'anapali is a small slice of island resort paradise featuring a wide variety of ownership opportunities, including gated, luxury single-family residences in neighborhoods like Lanikeha and Ka'anapali Coffee Farms, oceanfront vacation rental condominium complexes such as the Whaler, and longer-term, residential condo complexes like the Masters. 

The last two years have been a bumpy ride for the real estate market on Maui.  Fortunately, Ka'anapali has fared better than most areas around the island, and values haven't taken as large a hit…

Best Golf Courses on Maui

One of the reasons I love living on Maui is certainly the access to an abundance of year-round world-class golf.  Not only does the weather allow for playing 12 months a year, but the island is such an amazing backdrop for a great variety of beautiful and challenging golf courses. Before I get ahead of myself, I should preface all of this with the fact that I’m not a scratch golfer or even close, but I can put an ok round together. Most of all,  I appreciate getting some time outside and just going out for a fun round with friends while enjoying a few refreshments along the way.
