Coconut Grove is one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Hawaii. It’s a private, gated community that sits on 12 acres of beachside land, and is made up of 9 buildings with 4 luxury residences in each. The family and friends of owners at Coconut Grove are always welcome here, but short term rentals of fewer than 6 months are prohibited.
