Through the first five months of 2025, the Maui real estate market has remained relatively static and continues to be a strong buyers' market. The uncertainty surrounding broader macroeconomic factors, combined with higher interest rates and higher costs of ownership, continues to suppress the levels of buyer demand that Maui has been used to over the last 15 years.

The West Maui neighborhood of Launiupoko is one of Maui's most unique and beautiful areas. Perched on the hillside below the West Maui mountains and above the gentle waves of breaking at Launiupoko Beach Park, this agriculturally zoned community features several subdivisions known as Makila Ranches, Makila Nui, Makila Plantation, Mahanalua Nui, and Pu'unoa Estates.
