Wailea Golf Estates
One of the first finished luxury neighborhoods in Wailea, this one includes some homes dating from the late 1980s. Wailea Golf Estates encompasses 61 home sites within a 30-acre development. The championship Wailea Blue Golf Course adjoins this enclave. The neighborhood overlooks the Wailea Resort and the Pacific Ocean. A second building phase may commence in the future (it would add an additional 16 custom homes to this subdivision).

This fashionable community includes 102 homesites on a 34-acre tract. Some finished custom homes here sold for prices into the upper $3 million price ranges during 2012 and 2013. Most residences offer generously sized living spaces, with three or four bedrooms and two to four baths. The development lies on a hillside and enjoys close proximity to Keawakapu Beach.
A green belt divides the homes in Wailea Kialoa into two sections. Residents access their homes through any of the three gated entrances. Tree-lined sidewalks enhance the walkability of this charming residential enclave.
Wailea Pualani Estates
Buyers seeking homes for sale in Wailea furnishing excellent ocean views appreciate the luxurious single-family residences in Wailea Pualani. This neighborhood features 92 home sites on a roughly triangular 32-acre tract. Piilani Highway, Olokani Drive, and Kapili Street frame this location.
The homes in this gated community display a variety of floor plans in contemporary styles. Five residences sold in this community during 2017. From time to time, lots still become available here, too. The hilltop development encompasses a private 2.5-acre green space and supplies easy access to nearby resorts, shops, restaurants, and golf courses.
Maluhia at Wailea
Located immediately south of Wailea Ekahi Village, Maluhia at Wailea boasts one of the most prestigious addresses in Wailea. The subdivision stands on a series of terraces cut into a steep slope directly above Mokapu Beach. The Andaz Maui Resort adjoins this enclave, a gated development containing only 14 dwellings.

The 100 homesites in 34-acre Wailea Kai appeal to Maui property buyers seeking luxury homes within walking distance of Keawakapu Beach. Residences in this well-planned subdivision cluster along quiet lanes ending in a series of cul-de-sacs.
They furnish close proximity to a small community park. South Kihei Road, Wailea Alanui Drive, and Kilohana Drive frame the outskirts of this development. The acclaimed beachfront lies on the opposite side of South Kihei Road. Residents easily access a variety of outdoor recreational activities from this location, including swimming, snorkeling, and paddleboarding.
Most of the fine custom homes in this subdivision include multiple stories. These luxury residences typically provide between 2,000 and 4,500 square feet of finished living space. Floor plans vary but often supply four bedrooms and three baths. Some of the residences here date from the late 1980s. One of the smaller luxury subdivisions in Wailea, the 24 homesites in the Wailea Highlands stand on a tract of slightly over 14 acres near the intersection of Kaukahi Street and Kalai Waa Street. These homes reach the resale marketplace comparatively infrequently. Resorts, upscale shops, and restaurants lie just minutes away by car.

Wailea Fairway Estates
One of the first subdivisions developed at the Wailea Resort, properties in the Wailea Fairway Estates now feature beautiful mature landscaping. The 31 homesites stand on a 14-acre hillside overlooking fairways of the acclaimed Wailea Blue Golf Course and portions of Mokapu Beach Park. The gated entrance to this exclusive neighborhood lies just off Wailea Alanui.
Some homes here date from the late 1970s. They offer close proximity to Mokapu Beach and Ulua Beach. The Wailea Tennis Club and the Shops at Wailea stand within walking distance of this development.
