New Construction with An Excellent Location

Towne Island Homes developed this new subdivision within Kehalani between 2018 and 2020. The houses here line Puaehu Street as it winds between Oma'Oma'O Street and Kehalani Mauka Parkway. The residential community falls within a roughly rectangular tract. The Ilima at Kehalani for sale homes site adjoins residential communities of duplexes on one side and condos on the other and lies directly across from a 13-acre county park.

The houses occupy small individual lots (most encompass between 0.15 acres and 0.17 acres). Every unit boasts a paved driveway and a built-in two-car garage. These homes offer three bedrooms with (at least) two full baths. The nearby park provides a popular spot for residents to conduct outdoor social gatherings. Members of the community enjoy playing sports, flying kites, and exercising pets in its broad green expanse.

Creating a Unique Neighborhood

Property owners with houses in the Ilima at Kehalani development pay a monthly Kehalani HOA fee. These recently built homes utilize a total of seven preferred floor plans. Four provide single-level residences, ranging in size between 1,391 and 1,638 finished square feet. The remaining three plans create two-story homes and furnish from 1,744 to 1,998 square feet of finished interior space.

The developer ensured the neighborhood would maintain a distinctive character by limiting the exterior finishing of these houses. This policy ensures some degree of aesthetic uniformity, without causing the homes to appear repetitive in design. Ever floor plan uses one of four possible motifs: Hawaiian Classic, Polynesian, Plantation, or Territorial. Subtle differences in the exterior conformation help distinguish the homes here from one another, even when two structures rely upon the same basic floor plan.

Finely Constructed Single-Family Homes

Towne Island Homes also invested care in developing appealing living spaces. Residential exteriors display fine stucco and stone veneer accents, as well as double-pane windows and high quality, durable siding. Many of these dwellings offer covered lanais to enable residents to take full advantage of outdoor living spaces. Every home includes a set of built-in appliances (so buyers won't need to pay to relocate and install appliances).

Trendy 8-foot entrances, high ceilings, Corian countertops, and designer cabinetry add luxurious touches to Ilima at Kehalani for-sale residences. Residents receive a dedicated, separate laundry room equipped with its own sink and copious shelving. They enjoy generously-sized master bedroom walk-in closets, too. Master baths in these new homes provide both enclosed showers and separate tubs.

Emphasis on Quality Materials

Perhaps most importantly, the developer obtained an independent third-party inspection of structural aspects of these houses. This attention to detail helps make these properties a more appealing long term investment. Builders installed modern programmable sprinkler systems in the yards, and also prepared the premises to accept centralized split air conditioning.

Well-constructed Ilima at Kehalani residences displays attractively during home showings. This year, construction commenced on the Seventh Phase of this exclusive residential development. It remains unclear how often homes in the subdivision will reach the second-hand realty marketplace in the future.
