The Carriage Ways at Kahoma Village
Construction of the 32 Carriage Ways at Kahoma Village single-family homes also took place between 2018 and 2020. Each of these three and four-bedroom condos includes two-and-a-half or three baths plus an attached garage. The developer relied upon three different floor plans.
All of the Carriage Ways condos feature spacious interiors. Units reportedly range in size between 1,547 and 2,236 square feet. Lahaina real estate market prices for these lovely homes start in the $825,000 range.

With some possible restrictions, community guidelines permit residents at Kahoma Village to keep up to two pets on the premises. Homeowners may only rent their homes to tenants for periods of six months, or longer. All residents pay a monthly maintenance fee.
Buyers who rely upon the residential workforce housing program during purchasing will obtain below-market pricing, but they must share appreciation upon resale with Maui County. Additionally, they need to comply with the owner-occupancy requirements of up to 10 years. This innovative development enjoys an excellent location within a historic West Maui town, and it has already generated strong buyer interest.
