Development of Piilani Village
Piilani Village was built in three phases, with a total of 350 residential properties in the neighborhood. One developer began constructing it in the early 1990s, and floor plans include both single and two-story homes. Interior living spaces range from 1,200 to 1,800 square feet.
In the early 2000s, phases 1 and 2 were completed by a local developer known as Spencer Homes. These homes all feature 2-car garages, central A/C, white vinyl fencing, and optional solar water heaters. Homes each had 2 to 4 bedrooms and ranged from 900 to 1,800 square feet, with lot sizes up to 8,000 square feet.
Within the neighborhood, you can choose from Mahealani Place, Mahealani Street, Malulani Street, Kahoku Place, Kawailani Circle, Polale Street, Noolu Street, Luakaha Circle, Wawali Street, Akeu Place, or Wahili Place. All of these neighborhoods offer opportunities to own a home in Kihei.
